Hello there, we are back from sunny Minnesota. Nobody was eaten by bears,
but someone may or may not have been trampled by a large blue ox.

Could you please tell the group that the Monday trail run, which was
supposed to meet at the ISU XC course, has been moved to Munn Woods?
Apparently the high school kids think they get to use the course too.
Skinny little bastards, now my federal holiday is ruined. Maybe more
bon-bons will cheer me up...

We'll meet in the Carr Pool parking lot at 5:30pm. Pace will be casual, and

1, 3, and 5-mile-ish routes are available. We'll figure it out when we get
there. Sore runners are invited to come walk out the lactic acid on some
soft, forgiving surfaces.
