Dear Hobbled Masses,

If for some reason yesterday wasn't enough for you, we'll meet today at
5:30pm on the ISU track to run/jog/walk/crawl a couple of laps around the
ISU XC course.

To get there, go south on Sheldon from LW, up the hill and into the gravel
parking lot next to the (former) ISU baseball team field. Marion Jones will

be there to distribute "the clear" for anyone needing a boost. Flaxseed oil

never felt so good,
