From the Ames Area Running Club (Mike Clayton ) – Frozen Foot Run

This has become a tradition for the kick-off of the Frozen Foot Run season.  Come for a social run with the best, pig out on pancakes, and support the Boy Scouts this Saturday (December 1st).  Meet in front of the Elks Lodge at 522 Douglas at 9:00 AM.Two routes have been laid out with the hungry pancake eater in mind.  Choose between 3.25 and 6.6 mile routes.  Afterwards, gorge yourself on all the pancakes you can eat for 5 bucks.  Bring your family and friends!

(View the routes at   http://www.usatf.org/routes/view.asp?rID=179957 and http://www.usatf.org/routes/view.asp?rID=179955 respectively.  (Both routes are negotiable by those in attendance.)

Craig the "Snuggle Bunny"
A message (and attached pdf) from a Bradshaw, who shall remain nameless:
"I wonder. Did Kori knit a new winter outfit for Craig? I am so very jealous. How warm and snuggly he must feel. "
