Hey Tom,
I am hoping for a good turnout for tomorrow. You did a cool video on how to be a route master. Amazing!
Thanks,
Tim

Thanks Tim,
Great that you put that together for the group! I liked the line about hibernation as I seem to have been hibernating lately...Thanks,
Tom

Greetings Vardo Nation,
The weather is supposed to be great for Saturday! It would be a good day to bring a friend to the Vardo run. We have 8 and 9 miles on the calendar. I have created the following routes to leave from The Cafe at 8:00 A.M. If there are runners who have been hibernating or are new, the shorter course options might be attractive. I will have water in my van at The Cafe. For those who need more miles, you can add loops to get the desired distance.
1. 4.25-mile loop. www.usatf.org/routes/view.asp?rID=277806
2. 5.16-mile loop. www.usatf.org/routes/view.asp?rID=277844
This will give you options. Breakfast afterwards at the Cafe!!
See you in the morning,
Tim Gartin
