Hey, Vardeaux,

 

I am planning a minor Midwest trip to visit relatives & attend a class in Minnesota, and I'm hoping to stop in Ames on the way home so I can, among other things, run with the group on the evening of Tuesday, May 19. (I miss Vardo group runs!!!!) I would love especially to meet up with those of you who run slower than 10-minute miles. Whoever's doing the route that day -- I could help out. Just let me know.

 

Also, would anyone have a spare bed / couch / futon they would be willing to allow me to crash on that night before I have to drive back home to Illiana?
