RE: VardoGram

At this point I have heard that Natalie, Claudia, Mary and I will be running from my house at 6 a.m. on friday.

Eve will meet us at the bluestem sign

This means I'm putting out enough water for 5 people.  If anyone else is planning to run, please let me now by tomorrow as I'll be putting water in coolers over my lunch break tomorrow.

Thanks!

A Fine Race Report From Sister Goodman

I am apparently doing Mr. Delaney's job in sending out the Hy Vee Tri race report.  The weather was great (slightly breezy from the west, but nothing we couldn't handle) and the course was wonderful!!  The food at the finish was very disappointing.  And now  on with the results:

Age Group:

Chris Delaney   2:44:42
Chris Keenan    2:55:47
Julie Vardaman   2:56:19
Kris Franken     2:57:00
Kecia Goodman   3:05:26
Bill Pattinson     3:13:24
Kirstin Peterson   3:14:21

Relay Team:
Beginner's Luck (Tim Fencl did the run leg and Tim Rasmussen's son did the swim leg)
2:29:56 (Wyatt swam 1500m in 23:22 at the age of 15 against adults and was 8th out of the water for the team swimmers...He rocked!!)

Team Newlywed (Natalie Welter's son Nick and his fiance)  3:03:53
Jelterwohn (Natalie Welter's other son Josh and his wife)  3:11:48

If I missed anyone...I am truly sorry!!      Kecia
