Greetings Vardo Nation!

 

Come for a run this Saturday morning.  The weather calls for no rain and a high of 77.  It's going to be awesome!

 

In furtherance of your Labor Day Weekend celebration, I have provided the following musical delights as you review Saturday's runs: 

 

Now for the routes.  All the routes (except for the last one) begin at Bruegger's Vardo Bagels and start at 7 AM.  The courses overlap as much as possible to maximize chatting, weaseling out of the ridiculously long run that you told everyone at work that you were going to do, or being peer pressured into a run that you know you should not do.  You should carry water.  (By reading this e-mail you hereby release me of any liability that can possibly happen in your lifetime, including dehydration.)

 

20 miles

Water at park on Oakwood, Mike's (24th & Hayes), and South end of Ada "Haden Fry" park.

 

 

15 miles

Water at park on Oakwood and Mike's (24th & Hayes),

 

 

12 miles

Water at park on Oakwood and Mike's (24th & Hayes).

 

 

6 miles

This is an out-and-back route for the first 3 miles of the other routes.  Water at park on Oakwood.

 

 

Bed to Fridge (Mike Mullins a/k/a Ironman, has earned a Saturday morning of watching Sponge Bob.  Congrats Mike!!!)
