Announcing an Adventure Relay Run across Iowa May 14th-16th.  Join us as we run across Iowa from Sioux City to Dubuque in either 12 person or 6 person elite teams. We will be running both day and night. Start time depends on speed of teams. Wednesday:     Well done for sticking to your New Year's resolutions this far. Even if 'I will not set fire to my neighbor's Pontiac' isn't exactly a huge amount to ask.

Thursday:          Hey, boys, I've been out to Ada Hayden Vardaman Heritage Memorial Park, and it ain't too bad to run out there with them YakTrax thingys.  I'm just saying.

Saturday:           8:00 AM Group Run.  Meet at the Klotzbach Koffee Haus (1411 Linden Drive)  Bring guitar(s) and five dollar cover charge (Karen the Cougar live on stage.)
